Rooms in Bloom Home Staging & Design Inc. offers a range of staging and design services for clients in Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas. Specializing in real estate staging for both vacant and model homes, principal designers Heather Cook and Alana Merritt have a flair for making spaces ‘wow’ worthy. With over six years of combined staging experience, both stylists are accredited stagers from Debra Gould’s Internationally known Staging Diva Home Staging Business Training Program. In addition to their staging experience, both women draw upon prior decorating and visual merchandising experience to create memorable spaces. Both Heather & Alana are members of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association) and they started the local Kitchener-Waterloo RESA Chapter to support local home stagers and provide relevant industry information to the realtors and sellers.

December 2012: Rooms in Bloom is proud to announce that they have been selected as a finalist for the prestigious 2012 Canadian Home Staging Company of the Year. Being selected as a finalist is an incredible achievement and a testament to the quality of home staging designs we create for our clients.

November 2012: The Reflections at Laurelwood Model Condo designed and decorated by Rooms in Bloom was honored with the ‘Best Interior Design’ Award by the Waterloo Home Builders Association. We are thrilled to have our hard work recognized and proud of our partnership with Activa Group and UrbanEra Homes.

January 24th, 2011: Awarded RESA’s prestigious Professional Stager of the Year Award for Canada at their annual home staging convention in Las Vegas. This is a huge achievement which puts Rooms in Bloom Home Staging & Design Inc. as the top Home Staging Company in all of Canada. Additionally, Heather recently took RESA’s ethics exam to receive the RESA-PRO designation which is symbolic of a dedication to high level of professionalism and ethics within her chosen industry.
